Precision Frame Construction
The new exterior design features a fully welded frame, which is precision-machined using a high-rigidity boring and milling machine to ensure both machining accuracy and structural stability.
High-Precision Electro-Hydraulic Servo System
The dual-pump, bidirectional hydraulic control system is driven by an electro-hydraulic servo system, which synchronizes the cylinders to achieve high precision bending. The repeatable positioning accuracy is as high as 0.005 mm.
Energy-Efficient Hydraulic Technology
The pump control system replaces conventional valve control. It features a German-imported integrated hydraulic system with no external hydraulic pipelines, virtually no leakage, minimal oil consumption, and almost no fluid waste. Compared to traditional hydraulic systems, it offers over 60% energy savings.
Advanced Crowning and Tooling System
The worktable is equipped with a CNC-controlled automatic mechanical or hydraulic compensation system. The upper dies feature a safety slot, and the bottom dies use a fast-change double-V slot, making tooling changes simple and efficient.
